Oldham Neighbourhood Week of Action – St Mary’s and Town Centre PCSO attended Horton Mill Primary School Today St Mary’s PCSO Andy Bigland and Town Centre PCSO Norman Dodd attended Horton Mill Primary School delivering a Knife Crime Presentation with 100 key stage 2 students to raise awareness with regards to how to keep safe. All young people engaged throughout the session.
